RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At KELZA we want you to shop with peace of mind. If KELZA Pulse is not right for you, you can return it.
1. Return period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, without having to give a reason.
2. How to request a return
Write to us at soporte@kelza.store with your order number and the name you used to place the order. We will reply within 24-48 business hours with instructions and the address to send the return to.
You can also use the withdrawal form at the end of this policy.
3. Condition of the product
The product must be returned with all its accessories (adjustable strap, USB cable and manual) and, where possible, in its original packaging. You may try the device to check that it works for you. If the product shows damage or deterioration caused by use other than normal use, we may deduct the corresponding depreciation from the refund.
4. Shipping costs
- We refund the original shipping costs.
- The shipping costs of the return are covered by KELZA.
5. Refund
Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of the return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you send us proof of shipment of the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no additional cost to you.
6. Defective or damaged products
If your KELZA Pulse arrives damaged, does not work properly or does not match what you ordered, write to us at soporte@kelza.store with a photo or video of the problem. We will send you a new device or refund the full amount, at your choice, at no cost to you.
In addition, all our products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Spanish law.
7. Digital gift guide
The PDF digital guide included with your order is a gift and does not affect the refund amount.
